This year’s customer survey results showed that you scored us highest on professionalism in doing business—a quality that can’t be built overnight. It reflects our culture, our people, and the way we approach every relationship. The survey also highlighted areas where we need to improve, and we are taking your feedback seriously. We have already launched several internal initiatives to continue strengthening our service.

We will continue raising the bar so that Arauco remains your most reliable partner for growth, no matter the conditions.

These videos feature custom avatars speaking multiple languages, ensuring that critical safety information is clearly communicated to every driver, regardless of their native language. By removing language barriers, we’re reinforcing our commitment to a safer, more inclusive environment for everyone who enters our facilities.

This project is part of Arauco’s broader mission to integrate AI into everyday processes, driving innovation and continuous improvement across our operations. From logistics to communication, AI is helping us grow smarter, work safer, and serve our partners more effectively.

Malvern Safety Awards

We’re proud to announce that our Malvern mill has been recognized with the Sharley Pettit Award and other safety awards this quarter, celebrating the team’s outstanding commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.

The Sharley Pettit Award was created in memory of Sharley Pettit for her commitment to safety in the workplace and her leadership in forming the AR SHARP/VPP Association, and is presented annually to the company with the lowest injury and illness rate for the past three years.
