Over the past months, we have made several updates to our Customer Web Portal to enhance the user experience of our customers.
We’ve introduced a new Document Center in the Customer Web Portal, along with the ability to download multiple documents at once. This centralized section provides quick access to order-related documents, including Order Confirmations, Packing Lists, Invoices, and more, all in one place.
We also introduced a new column in the “My Orders” search results to display the production week for each order. Please note that this column currently applies only to Domestic Orders.

Investing In Biodiversity
|
In conjunction with SpaceX, last month ARAUCO made history participating in the launch of the first private satellite dedicated to studying biodiversity with Lemu, a startup that leverages technology to learn, explore, and protect nature.
This nanosatellite is designed to observe the planet and is equipped with a high-definition hyperspectral camera optimized for monitoring Earth’s ecosystems. This satellite is a powerful tool for the study and protection of nature and a sustainable cause that ARAUCO is proud to support!
The Community Champion Grant (CCG) is a program designed to provide ARAUCO employees with the financial support needed to make differences in their communities to causes they are committed to.
Missy Parker, an ARAUCO Staffing Accountant, was awarded the CCG earlier this year after discovering a need for hygiene products and hygiene kits in her community.
“This project came to me one day as I needed to use the restroom at the Otsego County Library and noticed that there weren’t any hygiene products available”, said Parker. “After talking with library staff, I learned they had just purchased their first batch of products for patron usage; however, they lacked a long-term solution. I instantly thought of Arauco’s Community Champion Grant opportunity.”
Initially, Missy’s plan was to only provide hygiene products to the community but as conversations continued, more needs were identified. The financial support from the CCG will fund free feminine products and personal hygiene kits to Otsego County Library patrons in Gaylord, Michigan. Additionally, free haircut services will be provided for children and young adults 18 and under as funds permit. With the help from ARAUCO, Otsego County Library can provide basic hygiene essentials to those in need in the community.
TFL Decorative Panels: Sustainable Design for Commercial and Residential Applications
Join us Wednesday, October 23rd at 11AM ET/ 8AM PT for a 1-hour credit course in the category of Health, Safety and Welfare.
In this session, you will learn how TFL is made, its performance and handling characteristics, and TFL's advantages as a sustainable material. We will explore the differences between TFL and other surfacing materials and offer more insights to help you make informed choices about surfacing solutions.
After participating in this CEU, you will understand:
• The differences between TFL and other “legacy” materials
• How TFL panels – core, design and texture – are created
• Why TFL is one of the most sustainable materials for furniture and interiors
• Where, and why, TFL excels – specific surface applications, markets
ARAUCO exhibited at the 2024 Shed Builder Expo in Grand Rapids, Michigan and featured a custom built AraucoPly® plywood shed crafted by Mast Mini-Barns LLC. The shed was a main attraction to local and national communities showcasing the beauty of sustainable wood construction and storage solutions.
Sales Manager Joe Beachy, from Mast Mini-Barns, said, “We decided to partner with ARAUCO in building this shed because we like to try new products. The AraucoPly® plywood was easy to handle, easy to use, and only required a two-step painting process.”
