CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR RETIREMENT MIKE FRANK

After 32 yearsof dedicated service, **Mike Frank** will be retiring today, March 28, 2024. 

Mike began his career at Allied Plywood (Customer of Flakeboard) as an Inside Sales Rep/Sales Manager  in 1981. In 1993, he started his career at Arauco/Flakeboard as a Regional Sales Manager managing the Northeast territory. Mike then took on additional responsibilities as a Fibrex Product Manager. Through Mike’s various roles, his contributions have been invaluable and his legacy of professionalism, hard work, great attitude, and customer dedication will always be remembered.

 Thank you, Mike,  for being an incredible colleague and friend. We wish you all the best in your retirement!

**MALVERN TEAM ATTENDS SAFETY CONFERENCE**

On March 20, employees from our Malvern Mill attended the Little Rock/Jacksonville Safety Conference. While there, the team learned about a variety of topics including:

- Bridging the gap between management and employees through acceptable communication
- Distractions in the workplace
- Hazard recognition
- Steps to abatement and classifications of hazards
- The pain of handling a workplace fatality
- Suicide and suicide prevention
- Employee and safety committee engagement
- And mental health in the workplace

Thank you team Malvern for taking the initiative to attend the Safety conference. We can't wait to see how you will implement the things you learned at your location!
