MALVERN HR TEAM PARTICIPATES IN LAKE HAMILTON DRAFT DAY

The Malvern HR Team took part in the Lake Hamilton Draft Day 2025. This event, hosted by the Lake Hamilton School District, is an annual career fair aimed at high school juniors and seniors. This year, 17 school districts participated, providing students with the chance to connect with over 50 local employers. Whitney Davis, Sr. Manufacturing HR Manager, partnered with the local SHRM Chapter and reviewed juniors' and seniors' resumes at Draft Day.

 

SAFETY TIPS + TRICKS

Fire and Electrical Safety:

  • Avoid Overloading Circuits – Do not overload power strips or outlets.
  • Handle Flammable Materials Properly – Store and dispose of chemicals safely.
  • Know Fire Extinguisher Locations – Understand how to use fire extinguishers for different types of fires.
  • Do Not Block Fire Exits – Keep all emergency exits and pathways clear.
  • Ground Electrical Equipment – Ensure proper grounding of electrical tools to prevent shocks.
