SAULT STE. MARIE PARTICIPATES IN SUNSHINE CHALLENGE 

In honor of mental health awareness month, SSM is rising and shining with their 'Sunshine Challenge'!

All month long, the SSM team  has been sharing snapshots of how they start—or wind down—their mornings. From sunrise strolls to cozy coffee rituals, it's been a beautiful reminder that every morning is a chance to care for our mental well-being. Check out some of their pictures below!
