With over a decade of dedication to ARAUCO, Denise Buchanan has made a significant impact as a Purchasing Agent and Storeroom Supervisor.
Denise's day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of meetings, SOP development, training, and providing essential support to the mill—always ready to tackle new challenges and assist internal customers. Initially drawn to ARAUCO by a job opening that aligned with her SAP expertise, she has since found fulfillment in the ever-evolving nature of the role. One standout experience was the opportunity to travel to all the North American mills, connecting with a diverse range of colleagues.
Her advice to newcomers? Be adaptable—this role changes daily based on business needs, mill operations, and customer demands.
