After 30 years of dedicated service, Franca D'Amico will be retiring in January 2026. Franca has held various roles throughout her tenure and currently serves as our Payroll and Benefits Manager.
Throughout her career, Franca has been a cornerstone of the HR team - resolving countless issues, guiding employees through complex processes, and always doing so with commitment and professionalism. Her knowledge and reliability have made her a valued colleague and friend to many.
Franca will remain full-time through Q3 to help train her successor and will position to a part-time role in Q4 to ensure a smooth and supportive handoff.

INTRODUCING OUR NEW PAYROLL AND BENEFITS MANAGER
Tyler McRae has joined Arauco North America as the new Payroll and Benefits Manager. Tyler will report to Michelle Payne as he transitions into the role currently held by by Franca D'Amico, who will be retiring in January 2026.
Tyler holds a Bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Henderson State University, a graduate certificate in Business Analytics from the University of Arkansas and completed Manufacturing Excellence Training through the University of Tennessee. Tyler previously spent six years with Arauco in various roles including Product Management, Continuous Improvement, and most recently as a Citizen Developer.

Arauco St.Stephen Supports MES Summer Camp—Empowering Students Beyond the Classroom
This summer, Arauco St.Stephen proudly continued its tradition of community investment by supporting the MES Summer Camp in Milltown. Now in its 16th year, the camp provides a vital academic bridge for local students, helping them maintain and even improve their literacy and math skills during the summer months.
Thanks to Arauco’s generous financial contribution, the 2024 MES Summer Camp was a resounding success. In addition to funding, Arauco also helped provide Christmas dinner for students and has remained a consistent partner in the school’s broader community efforts.
Arauco’s involvement in initiatives like this reflects our deep commitment to education, equity, and the well-being of the communities where we live and work. As the MES team put it: “You are making a difference!”
