Ken has been part of ARAUCO - North America for an incredible 35 years. His journey began in 1990 after serving four years in the Marine Corps. Since then, Ken has grown through multiple roles and company transitions, embodying the dedication and resilience that define ARAUCO’s culture.

In his current role, Ken ensures that our mills receive the right amount of raw material at a fair price to keep operations running smoothly. His days are filled with coordination, from checking raw material levels and managing deliveries to maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and haulers.

When asked what he enjoys most about his work, Ken shared:
“Building lasting friendships within our world-class workforce and creating long-term relationships with our suppliers for future success. Also, being able to celebrate those successes in safety.”

The 2025 NAFCD + NBMDA Annual Convention, held November 4–6 in Chicago, brought together over 1,000 distributors, suppliers, and service providers from across North America for three days of dynamic learning, networking, and strategic collaboration.
