We’re proud to announce that our Malvern mill has been recognized with the Sharley Pettit Award and other safety awards this quarter, celebrating the team’s outstanding commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.

The Sharley Pettit Award was created in memory of Sharley Pettit for her commitment to safety in the workplace and her leadership in forming the AR SHARP/VPP Association, and is presented annually to the company with the lowest injury and illness rate for the past three years.

Congratulations to the Malvern crew for setting the bar high and leading by example!

We’re excited to introduce a new initiative that brings cutting-edge AI technology directly into our mill operations: AI-powered safety videos designed to support drivers during load pickups.

These videos feature custom avatars speaking multiple languages, ensuring that critical safety information is clearly communicated to every driver, regardless of their native language.
