With 25 years at ARAUCO, Steve Brown has helped support operational success and team performance at the Bennettsville CPB mill.

As TFL Coordinator, Steven works closely with TFL teams to support safe daily operations, coordinate scheduling and team coverage, review payroll and vacation requests, and assist with troubleshooting and quality initiatives.

Steven joined ARAUCO for the opportunity to be part of the startup of the new CPB mill. He enjoys building trust and communication with his teams and stays motivated by learning something new every day.
