With 30 years at ARAUCO, Michael Gilsinger has helped support innovation and operational improvement through technology. As North American Operational Technology Manager at Malvern MDF, Michael works with Industrial Automation Technology and Autonomous Technology systems to help improve manufacturing performance, reliability, and process stability across operations. What Michael enjoys most is working with people and developing solutions that make everyday work a little easier for others. Staying connected with mills and keeping pace with evolving technologies continues to drive his passion for the role. For Michael, one of the most exciting parts of the industry today is the rapid advancement of technology and AI, creating constant opportunities to learn and adapt.
