# Mill Spotlight: Grayling, Michigan

![](https://blog.na.arauco.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-4.png?width=275&height=370&name=image-png-4.png)

This week, we’re proud to shine the spotlight on our **Grayling mill** in **Grayling, Michigan**—a facility that continues to exemplify innovation, safety, and teamwork across Arauco North America.

The Grayling mill plays a critical role in our panel and TFL operations and is widely recognized as one of the most advanced wood panel manufacturing facilities in North America. From day-to-day production to long-term investments, the team’s commitment to excellence is evident in everything they do.

### Innovation in Action

Grayling has continued to strengthen its operational capabilities through strategic investments, including the addition of a **third TFL line**, increasing production capacity and enhancing flexibility to better serve our customers. This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to modern manufacturing, redundancy, and long-term growth.

### Recognized for Safety Leadership

Safety remains a top priority at Grayling. The mill has been recognized with **Safety Achievement and Safety Improvement awards**, reflecting a sustained commitment to reducing incidents and creating a safe, supportive environment for everyone on site. These achievements are a direct result of the team’s discipline, accountability, and care for one another.

### Powered by People

Beyond production and performance, the Grayling team consistently demonstrates pride in their work and engagement in the community. From hosting industry and government leaders to participating in meaningful on‑site moments—like the **flag‑raising ceremony with the Grayling VFW**—the mill represents the strong connection between Arauco, our people, and the communities where we operate.

Please join us in recognizing the **Grayling mill team** for their dedication, innovation, and teamwork. Your continued efforts help move Arauco forward and set a strong example across our operations.

👏 **Thank you, Grayling team, for all that you do.**
