With 30 years at ARAUCO, Mike has built a career grounded in reliability, leadership, and hands-on problem solving.

As our Business Reliability Manager, he helps improve the performance of critical equipment across North America — from leading capital and improvement projects to troubleshooting complex issues and sharing best practices across sites.

One of Mike’s proudest moments: seeing the first board come off the line at our Grayling PB facility after helping lead the electrical design, installation, and commissioning as part of the original Engineering Team.

Thank you, Mike, for three decades of dedication — and for the impact you continue to make across our operations.  

In 2025, we had 128 team members show up for every single scheduled shift.
