As our Business Reliability Manager, he helps improve the performance of critical equipment across North America — from leading capital and improvement projects to troubleshooting complex issues and sharing best practices across sites. One of Mike’s proudest moments: seeing the first board come off the line at our Grayling PB facility after helping lead the electrical design, installation, and commissioning as part of the original Engineering Team. Thank you, Mike, for three decades of dedication — and for the impact you continue to make across our operations.         # Employee Recognition: 2025 Perfect Attendance   ![February Service Anniversaries Carousel](https://blog.na.arauco.com/hs-fs/hubfs/February%20%20Service%20Anniversaries%20Carousel.png?width=926&height=521&name=February%20%20Service%20Anniversaries%20Carousel.png) In 2025, we had 128 team members show up for every single scheduled shift. These individuals showed extraordinary commitment and we wanted to take a moment to recognize them!  [Click Here to Watch the Video](https://arauco-my.sharepoint.com/:v:/p/kiana_colquitt/IQDFmUFmMcTmSKpSWTeuxIQ-AaYZVmFMbACV_yFNyLeXPNc?nav=eyJyZWZlcnJhbEluZm8iOnsicmVmZXJyYWxBcHAiOiJPbmVEcml2ZUZvckJ1c2luZXNzIiwicmVmZXJyYWxBcHBQbGF0Zm9ybSI6IldlYiIsInJlZmVycmFsTW9kZSI6InZpZXciLCJyZWZlcnJhbFZpZXciOiJNeUZpbGVzTGlua0NvcHkifX0&e=DexEP3)   # Submit Your Questions for the Arauco NA Q1 2026 Townhall!   [![2nd one](https://blog.na.arauco.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2nd%20one.png?width=876&height=734&name=2nd%20one.png)](https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/25JRD8P)   # April Spotlight Series   ![2026SpotlightSeries_InsideSales](https://blog.na.arauco.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2026SpotlightSeries_InsideSales.png?width=1726&height=972&name=2026SpotlightSeries_InsideSales.png)   # ICYMI: Cristian Infante Livestream Event   [![February Service Anniversaries Carousel (1)](https://blog.na.arauco.com/hs-fs/hubfs/February%20%20Service%20Anniversaries%20Carousel%20%20(1).png?width=1920&height=1080&name=February%20%20Service%20Anniversaries%20Carousel%20%20(1).png)](https://arauco.sharepoint.com.mcas.ms/sites/StreamingArauco/_layouts/15/SeeAll.aspx?Page=%2Fsites%2FStreamingArauco%2FSitePages%2FHome.aspx&InstanceId=76ea36b6-3cc0-4ed9-94c2-56f87b482330)     # New On Social   ![Screenshot 2026-03-19 105158](https://blog.na.arauco.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-03-19%20105158.png?width=379&height=193&name=Screenshot%202026-03-19%20105158.png)We love sharing updates, insights, and stories that showcase the amazing workwe do—and we’d love your help amplifying our voice!
